Electrical Insulation Resin – Retapol 1080-e 2kg Bucket

Main Applications

A two-component polyurethane resin designed for electrical insulation and mechanical protection of cable joints, suitable for low, medium, and high voltage systems. After curing, the resin exhibits impact resistance and durability against moisture and atmospheric corrosion. Formulated in the indestructible version (between 80 to 90 Shore A) with dielectric strength greater than 35 kV/mm.

Performance

PRODUCT: 1 bucket of 2 kg (Component A+B) of Dielectric Insulating Resin. It consists of 1.432 kg of Component A and 0.572 kg of Component B.

IMPORTANT – In listings marked as “FULL,” only the Indestructible Black Resin can be shipped. If you need Destructible Black or Natural Resin, please let us know in the question field (just below). If you need more units, also inform us through the question field, and we will create a special listing for you at no additional cost!

We do not recommend splitting the packages. If splitting is desired, follow the recommended weighing ratio of A+B correctly. The values of specific weight, viscosity, and drying were obtained in the laboratory at a temperature of 25°C. Subject to variations and changes under adverse conditions.
