Coverprime is a two-component polyurethane resin recommended for waterproofing roofs, pools, tanks, water treatment stations, walls, etc. With the application of Coverprime, the customer gains access to high-quality material with elasticity, resistance to rupture, and abrasion. The environment becomes much safer against infiltrations as it penetrates into cracks and holes in the substrate, ensuring the end of leaks.

The mixing ratio is 100 parts of Component A to 34 parts of Component B, Pot-life at 25°C is between 40 to 50 minutes, Shore A hardness ranges from 95 to 98, and total cure occurs 24 hours after application. Packaging: 3.350 Kg (Component A+B), with 2.5 kg of Component A and 0.85 kg of Component B.

Primer, to enhance the anchoring of polyurethane on the freshly treated substrate, we recommend applying a primer coat to the surface. Primer is a more fluid material that allows for greater penetration of polyurethane into the porosity of the substrate, sealing the surface completely. This is essential for the adhesion of Coverprime 1034 to the substrate. Packaging: 3 Kg (Component A+B), with 2 kg of Component A and 1 kg of Component B.

Toothed Spatula, for resin application, ideal for spreading self-leveling resin in confined spaces and small areas, available to achieve thicknesses from 1 to 5 mm. (Coverprime and Primer are non-toxic, solvent-free, and odorless)
