Main Applications

Coverprime is a two-component polyurethane resin designed for waterproofing roofs, pools, tanks, water treatment stations, walls, and more. With the application of Coverprime, customers gain access to a high-quality material with elasticity, resistance to rupture, and abrasion.

The environment becomes much safer against infiltrations, as the resin infiltrates the cracks and holes in the substrate, ensuring the end of leaks. The mixing ratio is 100 parts of Component “A” to 34 parts of Component “B”, Pot-life at 25°C increases by one minute between 40 min and 50 min; Shore A hardness between 95 and 98; total curing in 24 hours after application.

Use Primer for better adhesion of the polyurethane to the freshly treated substrate, we recommend applying the primer coating to the surface. This is a more fluid material, allowing for better penetration of the polyurethane into the substrate’s porosity, completely sealing the surface. This is essential for the adhesion of Coverprime 1034 to the substrate.
