Our waterproofing system consists of two resins: Coverprime and Primer – the perfect combination to solve your problems!

Coverprime is a two-component polyurethane resin suitable for waterproofing roofs, pools, tanks, water treatment stations, walls, and more.

By applying Coverprime, customers gain access to a high-quality material known for its elasticity, resistance to rupture, and abrasion resistance. This makes the environment much safer against infiltrations, as the product effectively fills cracks and holes in the substrate, ensuring an end to leaks.

The mixing ratio is 100 parts of component “A” to 34 parts of component “B,” with a pot-life of 40 to 50 minutes at 25°C. The Shore A hardness ranges between 95 and 98, and complete curing occurs within 24 hours after application.

For better adhesion of the polyurethane to the freshly treated substrate, we recommend applying a primer coat to the surface. This primer coat is more fluid, allowing for improved penetration of the polyurethane into the substrate’s pores, effectively sealing the surface. This step is essential for ensuring the adhesion of Coverprime 1034 to the substrate.
